Desai Law is a personal injury law firm founded by attorney Chirag Desai in West Virginia. After a dissolved partnership, Chirag set out to build his own firm with a clear mission: to restore the humanity of law and help everyday people turn personal tragedy into triumph.

Desai came to Stewart Design because he needed more than a logo. He needed a complete brand foundation that could launch the firm quickly, communicate his story with confidence, and help him stand apart in a crowded legal market. As an underdog himself, Chirag wanted the brand to reflect his personal journey, his immigrant background, and his commitment to fighting for people who feel overlooked or outmatched.

Stewart Design helped build the firm’s identity, message, and launch strategy around a simple and memorable promise: Desai Law Fights for the Little Guy. We developed a bold visual identity, key messages, marketing collateral, social media advertising, and a flexible campaign system designed to make the firm feel approachable, modern, confident, and different from traditional personal injury firms.

The result was a fast and successful launch that gave Desai Law immediate visibility, credibility, and momentum. Within 30 days, Chirag successfully launched the practice, secured ten new cases in the first month, and brought in three six-figure cases. The launch campaign also generated hundreds of shares through sponsored social media ads, helping Desai Law quickly establish itself as a memorable new voice in the market.
